Now that you have created some easy-to-launch short cuts to start ShipRush with your templates. Why not make it even easier by assigning global hot keys. These will let you start ShipRush even when you are in your accounting or CRM software, with a simple hot key.
The steps are as follows:
Copy the short cuts you created onto your desktop. (Short cuts must be on the desktop itself to launch with hot keys.)
On each short cut:
-Right click, select Properties
-Click into the Shortcut Key edit, and select the shortcut you want. For example hold down Alt and press the F11 key.
-Press OK
Do this for each shortcut, giving each a unique Shortcut Key (alt-F9, alt-F10, alt-F11, or whatever combinations you like).
Now go into your accounting or CRM application, open an invoice or contact, and hit the hot key.
Voila!
