
WebStore Name: This is simply the name that shows on the left side of the Order Manager main screen. You could rename it to something that best describes the store. For example "Wholesale eBay Lots" if that serves better than an obscure eBay seller ID.
Change UserID: If ShipRush is unable to login to your eBay seller account, pressing this button will re-run the ShipRush wizard. You can then re-authorize eBay to share your sale data with ShipRush.
Automatically Give Positive Feedback:
This option causes ShipRush to automatically post positive feedback every
time a shipping label is processed. For feedback, there are two workflows
used by most sellers: (1) Wait until buyers give feedback, then post feedback.
(2) Give out feedback when you are paid. This option is for system #2,
because it is automatic when you print the label. It saves time and hassle,
but it means you are usually giving feedback before buyers leave you feedback.
Remember that
once feedback is given, it cannot be removed or changed! This option is
off by default.
Save Shipping Information in My eBay:
ShipRush can save the shipment details (tracking number, etc.) into My
eBay automatically. This is what it looks like in My eBay when this option
is used
Note that if there
are existing notes on a sale in My eBay, ShipRush will replace them with
its notes and the existing notes will be lost.

You can customize the notes that are saved into My eBay in Settings. Just use these 'merge codes' to taste:

My eBay Shipped Status: When ShipRush prints a shipping label, this
is always set automatically by ShipRush.
Tracking Number in My eBay:
ShipRush automatically saves the tracking
number into the transaction for both the buyer and seller. (Seen in the
transaction details area.)
Add New WebStore: If you have multiple eBay seller accounts, use this option to add them all to ShipRush.
Delete WebStore: This will delete
the whole branch from ShipRush:
CAUTION!
This will cause some order history data in ShipRush to be lost!
To add an additional eBay seller account to ShipRush, press the Add new WebStore button.
