Endicia Account Terms

A ShipRush-ready Endicia account is required to use ShipRush for Endicia.

What is a ShipRush-Ready account?
It is a special Endicia account that can only be created through ShipRush. Simply download ShipRush USPS powered by Endicia and install the software. As you go through the setup wizard you will be asked if you have a “ShipRush-Ready Endicia account.” Unless you have previously opened an account through the ShipRush installer you do NOT have a ShipRush-Ready account. At this point you can setup the account right there and then. If you have already opened an Endicia account through ShipRush, select “yes” and enter the account information.

Can I create a ShipRush-Ready Endicia account on endicia.com?
No, you need to create the account the account through the ShipRush install wizard.

I already use Dazzle. Can I use that account with ShipRush?
Have a Dazzle account? Use both ShipRush and Dazzle for $39.95/month. Request that your Dazzle account be complementary (Standard or Premium only). Email your Dazzle and ShipRush-Ready Endicia account numbers to support@endicia.com. If you are running ShipRush USPS powered by Endicia on multiple PC’s you only need one ShipRush-Ready Endicia account. However, the account should only be used at one physical location.

What is the difference between ShipRush USPS and ShipRush USPS powered by Endicia?
ShipRush USPS allows you to create a label with USPS Delivery Confirmation. The confirmation numbers are automatically saved into your accounting or CRM system. ShipRush USPS powered by Endicia allows you to print the postage directly onto the label. All you need is a ShipRush-Ready Endicia account. If I have a ShipRush-Ready account do I also need an Endicia Professional account?
No.

Will I get the same discounted rates as I would through USPS online or Endicia Professional?
Yes, ShipRush USPS powered by Endicia will give you the same postage rates as USPS’s Click-N-Ship and Endicia Professional.

What does a ShipRush-Ready Endicia Account cost?
The first thirty days are FREE (see below). After that, the account is just $39.95/month and includes the ShipRush software.

Welcome to ShipRush for Endicia. Please read this so you understand the FREE TRIAL offer and the cost using Endicia going forward.

First, the ShipRush software is free of charge. Simply use it. Get your ShipRush serial number at http://www.zfirm.com/endicia. If the serial number expires, just come back to the web site for a new serial number.

Now, the FREE trial.

When you install ShipRush, it will ask for your credit card number. However you will not be charged. When you purchase postage, you will be charged only for the amount of postage you request.

During the first thirty days, the only charges are for postage. You can close your Endicia account at www.endicia.com at any time during the first thirty days, and all your unused postage will be refunded to you.

In other words, if you close your account in the first 30 days, you will pay only for the postage you use, and not a penny more.

After the first thirty days, the monthly charges start. The account cost is $39.95/month, which is billed in arrears. The monthly fee starts to accrue on the 31st day. At the end of 60 days you will be charged for the first month of paid service. Then each month thereafter the monthly charge will be billed to your credit card or checking account. (Of course, you also pay for the postage you use.)  

There are no long term commitments. You can cancel your Endicia account at any time at www.endicia.com and you will receive a refund for all unused postage. The monthly charge will stop. There are no fees or penalties for closing your account. All unused postage will be refunded to you according to Endicia's standard account rules. Details of account policies are available at www.endicia.com.

ShipRush for Endicia works like a postage meter: You will purchase postage using your credit card or checking account (aka ACH, details at https://www.endicia.com/uspspaymentoptions.cfm). This balance will be maintained in your Endicia account. As you print postage, this balance will be drawn down. If you need a refund for postage that is printed but will not be used, you can request a refund on the same day within ShipRush, and within ten days at www.endicia.com by logging on to your account.

There is no surcharge to use ShipRush. You pay only the actual, published USPS shipping charges. There are no surcharges or transaction fees. The ShipRush software is free of charge for your use as long as you maintain a ShipRush-ready Endicia account.

Only ShipRush-ready Endicia accounts may be used with ShipRush. If you use Dazzle or other Endicia solutions it will be necessary to open a new, ShipRush-ready Endicia account.
