FedEx InsightShipRush shipments can be seen at FedEx.com, but some steps are needed.
MyFedEx.com only shows shipments created in MyFedEx.com. Shipments created any other way do not appear in MyFedEx.com.
However, at FedEx.com there is a tool called Insight.
This can be used to list shipments created in ShipRush (and in other systems).
To access FedEx Insight:
Log into FedEx.com
Mouse over Track > in the
top menu bar and select "Monitor All My Shipments with FedEx Insight."
You will be taken to a separate
area of FedEx.com.
On this page, simply go through
the access request process. (This may take a few days as a FedEx account
executive needs to review the request.)
You will receive an email once access is granted. You can then view all FedEx shipments in this area - including those created by ShipRush and even those shipped by third parties.
