(Call Tags)To process a return services shipment, press either of the Shipment
Direction buttons
or
. This
toggles the shipment to return services.
To toggle back to a regular shipment, press either of the Shipment Direction buttons again.
The following return services are available:
Call Tag: This service sends a FedEx driver to the 'pickup from' address,
with a return label in hand. The driver picks up the package, applies
the label, and the parcel is on its way to the Deliver To address (which,
by default, is your address, but you can change it) on the ShipRush shipping form.
E-mail Label aka Electronic Return Label: This causes FedEx to email the return label to the email address in the Pickup From area. The email recipient then prints out the label, puts it on the package, and tenders the package to the carrier for transport back to you.
Print Return
Label (FedEx
Return Manager): This will
print a return label on your printer. This label can be included with
an outbound shipment to allow the recipient to easily return something
(like an old or broken part) back to you, or you can mail it out.
If you have PDF creation software, you can print the
return label to a PDF and email the PDF to the sending party. The sending
party prints the label, puts the label on the package, and ships the package.
