Troubleshooting: Connecting to Server

If ShipRush is unable to connect to the ShipRush Server, the following reasons are likely:

• ShipRush Server PC is down.

• Server PC cannot be pinged.  Test pinging the server name from the command line of a workstation.

• The ShipRush NT Service is not running on the ShipRush Server.  Check NT Services, under 'Z-Firm ShipRush Server'
