Shipping HistoryShipments for any date range can be displayed here. By default, today's shipments are listed.
Note that the list is a list of parcels, not shipments.
Tip: Use Ctrl-Click
and Shift-Click to select multiple parcels, then right click for special
list options.
Tip: Right-click
on a parcel to see additional options. Several important functions can
be done from the right-click list.
Press the large buttons at the top of the screen to:
Reprint Label. (Remember that a label must only be used once, be sure no duplicate labels are used accidentally.)
Track a shipment. See where the shipment is with one click. (Using FedEx.com or FedEx Insight requires additional steps.)
Email. Email the shipment details (defaults to the shipment recipient email address, but that can be changed). (Requires email software like Outlook or Mozilla.)
Delete a shipment if:
You have printed the shipping label but will not actually tender the parcel or use the label; or
There was that printing problem, the label never actually printed, and you re-ran the shipment a second time.
This option is only available for few days after the shipment has been processed.
Delete is only available for FedEx Ground shipments until End of Day has been processed. To delete such a shipment after closing the day contact FedEx customer service.
Remember to discard the label.
Additional functions are in the right-click menu (select a shipment and right-click on it):
Copy shipping information to the clipboard (one parcel or many parcels by using the multi-select feature mentioned in the tip above)
Customize Columns. This lets you add additional columns to the list, such as the Ship To address, company, and other shipment elements. From the Customize list, just double click on an entry to add it to the list. To remove a column from the list, drag the column header back onto the Customize list.
Additional features of the shipping list:
Search. Simply enter part of a company, contact, tracking number or shipment reference and press <Enter> to search for a shipment. The Search feature is global and searches the entire shipping history database -- the date range is not used when a search is done.
Sort by column. All columns can be sorted by clicking on the column header.
View Subset.
All columns
have an arrow
. Pressing
this gives a list of current list items. To
view all shipments for a single shipping service, just select from the
list in the Service column.
View Custom Filter.
To look
up a specific shipment, by company name, address, zip, reference, etc.
use the Custom Filter option. Click
on the down arrow on the column you want to search on
and
select Custom. In
this example, we are searching for Purchase Order #1555. We
put the PO # in the Reference field, so we are searching for Reference
contains 1555:

If a shipment
shows a lock, this means that ShipRush
cannot delete it. It may be too late, or the shipment may be 'closed.'
by the carrier. If billed for such a shipment, contact the carrier's customer
service to request an invoice adjustment.
Next: Printing reports of shipping history.
