OmniRush with MSCRM uses the normal OmniRush 'pending activity' metaphor. Note that OmniRush only sees the MSCRM 'Task' activity type. Other activity types (letter, email, fax, appointment, etc) are ignored by OmniRush.

Notes:
Duration and Priority are not supported
Empty “Due” date indicates to OmniRush: “send now”
The “Notes” tab is not used by OmniRush. The 'main' notes area (highlighted above) is used
OmniRush will create linked documents under the “Notes” tab
OmniRush works on the main CRM database (Accounts and Contacts). The Leads area of MSCRM is held in separate tables and is not seen by OmniRush.
OmniRush is person-centric. This means that if a job is scheduled to an account that has no contacts, or no primary contact, the job will probably fail.
When OmniRush finishes processing a job, it 'completes' the activity (if the job was successful, that is).
