ACT! behaviors to be noted:
ACT! does not enforce unique Contact Names for ACT! Users. OmniRush assumes (and requires) that the Contact Names be unique.
Generally, the policy of Sage Software is that the ACT! database may not be accessed directly. This imposes a significant overhead on all integrated applications. Published OmniRush throughput and memory use numbers do not apply in an ACT! environment. Certain features (such as custom merge codes) are severely limited in an ACT! environment due to insufficient database access.
