General shipper account information is displayed here.  This is also where additional Profiles can be added.

Profiles allow you to print different FROM information on the shipping label.  For example, if drop-shipping on behalf of several clients, add profiles to print the appropriate company name in the FROM portion of the shipping label.  All these profiles are created under the shipping account, the only thing that changes is the FROM information on the shipping label.

To add a Profile, press the Add Profile button, then complete the information.  Close Settings, and the new Profile will be listed in the list of From addresses.

The Profile information is the From address for the shipment, and will print on the shipping label in the From area.

Note: The From address portion should accurately reflect the address the shipment physically originates from.  This is important in the event of undeliverable shipments and other exceptions.

ShipRush Endicia Account Options

Print Labels in Test Mode: This causes labels to print as usual, but without postage, and with TEST info on them (they cannot be used for live shipping). Great for testing out ShipRush.

USPS/Endicia Insurance: Which insurance will you want with parcels, the USPS provided or Endicia provided insurance? NOTE: Insurance is billed at the end of each month. It is not billed per shipment. Log in to endicia.com any time to see how much you are spending on insurance.

Hide Postage Balance: Suppresses the display of the Endicia account postage balance on the ShipRush screen.

Validate Addresses: This should always be checked.

Stealth Postage: If checked, the postage amount is not printed (aka "hidden postage" or "stealth postage"). If unchecked, the actual postage amount is printed on the shipping label.

Note that Stealth Postage this hides the postage amount that prints with the barcoded postage at the top of the label. On international customs forms, the USPS requires that the postage paid be filled in (in the body of the customs form), and ShipRush automatically fills this in.
